Darren is back on the horse. 2 very long flights. Robin managed 9 flights. 8 reverse and 1 forward. Takes off and lands on his own. Did big ears excersise and two engine outs. Will broke prop on his second take off attempt :-(
We have practiced more ground handling using the hand tow rope and throttle handle to add more complexity. Will can reverse handle, turn to forward, stabilize and turn back to reverse. Unfortunately our session was cut short as Will started to feel not well.
Worked on reverse and forward handling. All is going well.
As usual we have completed ground school including simulator. Issued SPP and learned how to hook up for forward and reverse inflation.
Nice late afternoon at the field. Lawrence brushed up on his kiting skills. Darren has his license and gear but since he finished his training and purchased equipment he has not flown since. The last PPG course was the worst for the amount of wind we had. I am not sure if that was because we had such harsh winter but it is blowing and blowing and it looks it will not be any better for a few days…

This morning rain, mist, grass wet. Had to cancel. This pm forecast agin looking very good but we sat at the field from 3:30 till 7 and wind would not diminish. No flying today.
