Aug 19/16 – PPG course day 2 am
We started at 7:30 in the morning with learning how to start motors and also how to use them to get pushed on takeoff. We also practiced shutting the engines off very quickly if need be. By 830 wind picked up and we started to ground handle. As usual wind was increasing and around 1130 Chris got lifted up by a dust devil to about 12 feet. It was pretty wild. That was a clear indication to pack up which we did.
