May 27/18 – PPG course day 2
/in Uncategorized/by Andre ZemanWe have decided to skip the morning because forecast was calling for a very light and variable winds. We got together at 12 noon and started to ground handle but within one hour wind had become very inconsistent and gusty. We switched to work with the motors learning how to assemble, pre-flight, pre-start and then we did our running exercises. After that it was back to kiting. Vince has it almost locked in; Jeff and Art need to work on it a little more. I think Vince will fly tonight but we will see.

Pls note that Niagara Falls is restricted space CYR 518 up to 3000 ft AGL.
Above is 500 buffer.
Then any aircraft that is on 122.05 MHZ and higher the 3500 ft can fly the sight seeing circuit.
I do that in the Cherokee often and it is an impressive site.
